These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tktk999 ("the Platform") and any individual ("User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the tktk999 website and its associated mobile-optimised interface. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by tktk999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform from time to time — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.1 Entire Agreement

1.2 Language

1.3 Severability

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming services on tktk999, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on tktk999. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, tktk999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, void any bets or bonuses obtained through the duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. tktk999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available through your account security settings. tktk999 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact tktk999 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured. tktk999 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

tktk999 conducts identity verification in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit documentary identification — including a government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address — before your first withdrawal is processed, when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or at any other time at tktk999's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tktk999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — Bangladesh's four primary mobile financial services. 4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• tktk999 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party mobile wallet transaction charges, if any, are outside tktk999's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your tktk999 account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• tktk999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm the source of deposited funds in compliance with its AML obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the originating deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before completing KYC verification may be held pending the completion of identity checks.
• tktk999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• tktk999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending an account security or fraud investigation, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of Terms & Conditions violations.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If a deposit or withdrawal is initiated in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. tktk999 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party financial service providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tktk999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual bonus offer page.

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. tktk999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably believes a bonus is being exploited, abused, or used in combination with any prohibited strategy including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or the use of automated software.
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw a balance that includes uncleared bonus funds will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited, and only the withdrawable cash balance being released.

6. Betting Rules & Casino Game Rules

All bets placed on tktk999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activities on the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, the BCCI).
• tktk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, data feed error, or manifestly incorrect price.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the specific in-play rules for the relevant sport and market. tktk999 is not responsible for any delay or interruption in the availability of in-play betting due to data feed issues or network conditions.
• The minimum and maximum bet stakes for each market are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be amended or cancelled by the User.

6.2 Casino Games

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to obscure the origin of funds transacted through the platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, harassing, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication channel provided on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the tktk999 platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other Users.

tktk999 employs a range of fraud detection, anomaly monitoring, and account verification tools to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tktk999 reserves the right to take immediate protective action including account suspension, balance freeze, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your tktk999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@tktk999. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any withdrawable cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Pending bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by tktk999

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity on the account.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by tktk999 for reasons unrelated to any breach by the User, any verified withdrawable cash balance will be returned to the User's nominated payment method. Where closure is the result of a breach, tktk999 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tktk999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the tktk999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses from casino games, sports bets, or any other wagering activity on the platform, whether or not such losses result from a technical error or service interruption.
• Any loss or corruption of data associated with your account.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data, where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond tktk999's reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider delays, banking system issues, or KYC requirements.

9.1 Service Availability

tktk999 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or events outside tktk999's control including telecommunications network failures, power outages, or natural disasters. tktk999 shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from temporary service unavailability.

10. Amendments to These Terms

tktk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tktk999 will notify registered Users by displaying a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address. The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Revised" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tktk999 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
